A flood of immigrants suddenly rush in, they quickly fill the new houses, while government spends money on their needs (food, water, shelter, etc.)
Meanwhile, in a reservation somewhere in Canada, a First Nations family are living in tough conditions. Most of their homes essential working parts are damaged and too broken to fix.
Although, the new immigrants are just settling in their new home in Canada. They are amazed at how everything runs so much more efficient and fast. They smile in delight, knowing they will be safe.
The first Nations family are struggling, there is no running water or food. The father is upset, he won't be able to provide his starving daughter with any food. The little boy is crying, he has a injury on his cheek, but won't be able to get it checked because of the absence of healthcare provided in reservations.
Back in the capital, the Prime Minister is thinking of a way to solve the hunger epidemic in many of Canada's reservations. He come's up with the solution to cut back on some of the funding on some useless spenings (ex. 'Traveling Light' Art-piece, cost $470k)
Finally, after a few years of debating the issues of First Nation Reservations, Canada changed and gave aboriginal people the homes and lives they deserve to live.
