Krusha is having a discussion with her class mates to know about a course, through which she gets to know there are multiple professors who teach same course.
Under which prof are you planning to take the course??
ooh.. I see. How does that matter??
Krusha gets to know the difference between choosing different professors.
I took under prof 001. Though I scored average, but it was a great learning experience under him.
umm.. I had a different experience. I took this course under prof 002, a stingy grader.
Don't ask my review as we hardly learned anything in that course. I took under prof 003 bcz he was a easy grader.
Krusha tries to evaluate the different proffessors based on their assignments, as her main intention is to learn.
How did the assignments differ?
We had the most unpleasant experience. Too much of unorganized assignments, which made the whole course too hectic
Our assignments were the best part of this course. They were all interesting and made us learn in an innovative way
Ours was chill pill.. Very few easy assignments, and we were done.
And how about the exams??
After knowing about the assignments, Krusha wants to know how different professors conduct exams during their course for evaluating students
We didn't have exams, we had 3 mini projects and thats it.
We had the toughest time. We had mid-term exams and a final exam.
We had no exams.
I see all of you have different opinions. Was it the same for your entire class??
As everyone shares completely different opinions about their professors, Krusha is unsure to build a perception based on individual opinions.
Almost all of us were unhappy with the teaching and grades. But few students who scored good grades were satisfied.
Ummm, most of us were happy with the teaching, but few were unhappy with the grades
Everyone were happy with the grades, but few would not recommend this prof as there was not much of learning
As Krusha learns that every student has different expectations from courses and professors, she is skeptical to form groups with other fellow students before knowing their expectations from the course.
I agree with Jack, but would suggest grades are equally important while choosing prof
Hey Krusha, don't worry much. Just choose a prof from whom you can learn the most
I think grades matters at the end. So choose a good grading prof
