  • Voiceover: Sneezing and coughing while properly covering your mouth is how we can protect those around us from getting what we have.

  • Voiceover: Also, staying home when you are ill is another way to protect others.

  • Speaking: The basic technique of handwashing, properly covering a sneeze or cough and staying home when ill are things we should do not just because of COVID-19. This should really be our everyday routine.
