  • Theres one! I will kill you!
  • I wander around places to get food 
  • Paleolithic
  • This is where I live, for now. I live where there is a chance for me to hunt for food. I am what you call a nomad
  • ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz
  • Here is your wood

  • Here is your animal skin
  • Stable food supply.  Back in Paleolithic times they didn't have a stable food supply. Hunting was dangerous for the people, they were often injured or killed. Food was scarce.
  • Neolithic
  • We have learned to grow crops. We realized doing this helps us have a stable food supply. We used to be hunter gatherers.
  • Shelters. These people were nomadic so they didn't live here permanently. They live where there is a chance to hunt.
  • Neolithic
  • This house keeps harsh weather and animals away!
  • Trading. Trading wasn't really important back in paleolithic days but it was still there.  These people were mostly concerned with plants and animals for resources.

  • Here is your wolf animal skin sir.
  • Trade allowed us to make use of our resources. It brought us in contact with other people
  • Here is your flint and obsidian sir.
  • Stable food supply.  A Stable food supply was important because of agriculture. Agriculture helped the people have more control over their food supply. 
  • Shelters. Having permanent homes was important because they gave people protection from harsh weather and animals. Permanent homes made life more comfortable, and people could cook in new ways. Permanent homes made bigger communities.
  • Mommy can cook food in a lot of new ways now! Rather than soup everyday
  • Trading.  The growth of trade was important because it allowed people to make use of more resources. It brought the Neolithic people in contact with other people from distant places.
