Storyboard Text

  • Finally got one!
  • What is this?
  • I am better than all of these gods. They can't tell me what to do!
  • Long before we can remember, a boy named Nathan hated birds. He was always going into the forest near his house with a slingshot he made and some rocks he had collected.
  • I have told you to stop please listen
  • One day, he started to receive letters from the goddess Artemis herself. He got them every day for months and every day he threw them into the river.
  • The days passed by and Nathan kept receiving the letters and he kept ignoring them. He thought that he was better than all the gods and that no one could tell him what to do so every day he went back to the forest.
  • What just happened?
  • How am I able to fly?
  • It was a Thursday when Nathan received an unexpected visit from Artemis. She talked to him and told him to stop and to start respecting the birds as they have feelings too.
  • Nathan ignored her and kept collecting rocks and every day he returned to the forest. Artemis was getting furious and returned again to Nathan's house.
  •  She cursed him into a bird and made him meet with the birds in the sky so that he can experience what it is like to be a bird. To this day you can see the birds meet in the sky. They call it Murmuration.
