This storyboard does not have a description.
"What you come 'Hey, popping' me for?"
"Like you? Who the hell say I gotta like you?"
"How come you aint ever liked me"
"Rose...Im just standing here with my daughter in my arms."
"What you telling me for, Troy?"
This scene explains how troy does not have a good relationship with his son Lyon. Its showing how Troy is just shooting down Lyon even before they start having an actual conversation.
Its showing how Cory thinks that Troy doesn't like him or accept him as his son. Which doesn't help when Troy explains how its not that he likes him its that its his duty to like him and he provides what he needs for Cory. Troy hasnt really changed from before.
This shows Troy is different from the beginning because he is caring for his child. Lovingly caring for his child to, not just taking care of her because he has to. This also shows that Troy is opening up because in this scene he asks Rose to help take care of the child as there own.
