Two years ago, my grandma and I travelled to Medellín, we were very surprised because it was a beautiful city and the weather was also pretty great, it wasn't too hot but neither too cold.
Of course we had to try the subway, when we arrived there a man was sat on the chairs and when he saw my grandma he offered the chair so she could sit down. We thought it was very interesting, because people there was very kind and we weren't used to find kind people and less in public transport.
When the bus arrived the mn let older people to get into first and no one pushed them, actually, people were very respectfully. I was in shocked, here in Bogotá people are so agresive and don't respct older people.
Even when the bus was full peolple give the seats to olders, children and also pregnant women, and the most surprised thing is that peolple did it voluntarily and not for obligation, I found really interesting the good manners that people there have.
At the next day, we took a taxi and we were so impressed of how nice and polyte the taxidriver was. He talked us about the most visited places in Medellín and he also recomended us a lot of places in the city.
At the end of the trip we were really happy because we learned about other city and the customs of their people.
