This storyboard does not have a description.
Why, in the chloroplast, of course !
(Sighs) Well, you see these leaves right here on this tree ? In order to grow, they must receive water, fertile soil, and sunlight. The xylem helps the tree transport water to all parts of the plant while the phloem helps transport food to all parts of the plant.
Where does all this happen though ?
Within the plant, the stomata, which are the pores on a leaf, are surrounded by guard cells and they help determine when to open and close the stomata. This allows for carbon dioxide to enter and for oxygen to leave.
So, photosynthesis makes sugar for us to eat and oxygen for us to breathe ?
You're welcome ! Now go away and let me sleep.
Wow ! Thanks for teaching me Mr. Hoot !
