  • "Hunting? General Zaroff, what you speak off is murder" (Connell 225)
  • Rainsford a hunter who fell of his yatch lands on the island. He is an educated man who carries the beliefs of the society. He is the frist hunter other than general Zaroff and his crew to land on the island.

  • General Zaroff tells Rainsford he started getting bored of hunting animals and was scared to loose his passion for the hunt as it defined who he was.
  • Falling Action
  • "Oh My god, This might have not been such a good idea"
  • General Zaroff tells Rainsford he started hunting a new type of animal, one with reason. He tells Rainsford that he hunts humans.
  • Resolution
  • "Get ready to be fed to the wolves General"

  • Zaroff tells Rainsford he wants him to participate in the game, because he was once again getting bored and wanted a challenge. Rainsford agrees to play the game.

  • Rainsford using his knowledge, kills the general's crew and escapes from the passionate general Zaroff by jumping into the Caribbean sea.

  • Rainsford surprises general Zaroff in his bedroom and challenges him to a duel which results in the looser being fed to the wolves. Zaroff looses and Rainsford (the society) wins ending the awful game of killing humans for fun.
