  • Ransford and his friend Whitney  are on their way to Rio to jaguar hunt.  Whitney goes to bed, but when Rainsford hears three gunshots and he goes and takes a look to see where it is coming from. He stands on the ledge but finds himself falling of the edge.
  • Climax 
  • Ransford kept on swimming through the ocean and he found himself on a wet and sandy beach. It was late in the night so he knew it was best to sleep, and he could figure something out in the morning. He wakes ups, and looks around and he finds were the shots came from and he found were the thing had been killed.
  • Falling Action 
  • Ransford started his way in the forest and he finds a castle and he goes to the door and a man comes out with a gun named Ivan. A man named Zaroff invited Ransford in. They talk about hunting and Zaroff made a deal to hunt Ransford for three days. If Ransford won he could leave the island. Ransford was sent into the jungle for the hunt.
  • Resolution 
  • Ransford could hear the hounds coming from behind, but he know he had to keep running. He finds himself at the end of one of the cliffs of the island. He looks down and he can see the beautiful blue ocean below. He know he had to jump so he went down into the sea.
  • That night Zaroff now that he won the hunt. After searching the cliff Zaroff know that Ransford was dead. Through the journey Zaroff had lost one of his best dogs and one of his men. Zaroff know that he had not lost the hunt. Zaroff went to his room for a good night sleep.
  • I have won
  • Before Zaroff went to bed he so something in the window. It was Ransford, Zaroff was so surprised by what he saw. Ransford told him how he swam around the island and made it all the way back. Zaroff now knew that he had lost and he said that he did not deserve to go on hunting. That night Ransford went to bed and he knew that he had won the hunt.
