  • They burned stuffed figures that looked like tax collectors.

  • Repeal
  • Their protest finally worked. the stamp act was no longer a law.
  • Quartering Act
  • Soldiers needed homes so colonists had to let them live i n their houses.
  • Townshend Act
  • Goods like paper and glass were taxed when the goods arrived.
