  • This is John Adams. His presidential term is about to end and Thomas Jefferson to take office. John appoints Federalist judges to keep the party alive.
  • You won't be getting your invitation anytime soon. 
  • Everyone else got their Writ of Mandamus, why not me?
  • I will show that Madison fool who he is, should've given me that writ.
  • The case is taken straight to the Supreme Court, where Judge Marshall has a perplexing case of whether the case is constitutional. He comes up with the system of judicial review.
