- 28th December 1066
- 500 Norwegian ships attack and wipe out one of the armies at Fulford.
- Early October 1066
- Harold hears the news and comes with the other army. He wipes out the Vikings.
- 14th October 1066
- Harold is just recovering his army when he hears the news that William landed in the south. Being in the north at the time, he was quite annoyed
- Christmas day 1066
- Harold heads south to battle William
- The Battle of Hastings. William comes out victorious.
- William travels to London and is accepted as King
