Hi, I'm Jenny and I'm going to make some cupcakes for a party I'm going to.
Right now I am mixing the batter together. This is a liquid right now because cake batter acts like a liquid. The batter flows smoothly.
Time to fill my cupcake liners.
I'm putting the cupcakes in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. When they come out, they will be a solid. This is technically a freezing point, but with heat. Baking replicates freezing point.
Yay they're finally done! They transformed from a liquid batter to a solid cupcake. The heat made it turn into a solid. It took on a freezing point with heat.
