I exercise and eat healthy to ensure that I have an active sustainable lifestyle. In resalt I have stronger muscles, healthy bones, less risk of cancer cells and better for my mental health.

Sara, not having a healthy active sustainable lifestyle has plenty negative consequences can happen to your body and mind. Such as becoming depressed, cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure and eating disorders. All these consequences and very dangerous to your lifestyle.
