Ok class, today we are going to be learning the parts of the flower.
The root is used to gather water and nutrients for the plant and holds the plant in place
The stenm is used to carry water throughout the plant
The leaf gathers sunlight and stores it for the use of photosynthesis.
The petals attract pollinators to come and pollnate with the flower.
The reproductive system has stamen on the outside of the plant bees and other pollnators drop pollen down the pistal. The pollen then ferterlizes the egg and a seed begins to form.
