In order to bring equality to our union, we should have all states repersented equally in legislature
gentlemen, we need a solution of our legislature
but as my plan pointed out, small states have less population, compare to big states should not have same amount repersentation
small states give less amount of money to government, but can still have same amount repersentation is not going to work long
how about the state of Delaware, if legislature are repersenting according to each's population, they almost have no repersentation.
how about everyone take a step back, and have bicameral legislature as virginia plan, but have one house of equal repersentation and one house of repersentation acorrding to population
