Scene 1 - Duke proclaiming Shylock's wants for the bond (Long Shot)

Scene 2 - Bassanio trying to save Antonio (Long Shot)

Scene 3- Shylock's disagreement (Close Up)
I WANT MY BOND!
Court of justice- The Duke taking time to go over what Shylock wants from his bond with Antonio. The Duke cant do anything for Antonio's or Shylock which builds suspense in the courtroom. All that the Duke can do is pray for Antonio skin.
Scene 4- Salerio mention of the doctor (Wide Shot)
Court of Justice- Bassanio tries to stand up for his best friend Antonio but because of the law, the duke cant do anything. This shows the irony in the story because the Duke is on Antionio's side and not on Shylock's side
Scene 5- Portia comes into the court to help take down Shylock (Close Up)
Why doth the Jew take thy forfeiture?
One half of his goods and to presently become christian.
Court of Justice- After Bassanio money offer, Shylock showed his anger towards Bassanio and rejects the money and the offer to forfeit the bond. Shylock's addiction to revenge made him change his mind, and all he wants is to make Antonio dead.
Scene 6- Shylock forfits the Bond (Medium Shot)
I am not well. Send the deed after me, I will sign it....
Court of Justice- Salerio arrives with a letter that is from the doctor (which is Portia). His appearance half way through the scene builds suspense for the next event that is gonna occur. This also builds more anger for Shylock because he wants his revenge asap.
Message from the doctor!
Court of Justice- Portia comes in half way through the court trial as a doctor and convinces Shylock to forfeit the bond so she can help Bassanio.
Court of Justice- Shylock gives up and finally comes to an agreement with everybody and forfeits the bond by taking the deal to give up half of his belongings and turn into a Christian.
