Tom Brady was born on August 3rd, 1977 in San Mateo, California. He spent most of his time playing baseball and football.
He went to Junipero Serra High School and played baseball and football. He graduated in 1995 and passed up the chance to play professional baseball to play football at the University of Michigan.
During his first 2 years in college, he was not the starting quarterback. But during his Junior year, he was the starting quarterback and threw 350 passes and threw for a total of 2,636 yards. In his senior year, he led his team to an Orange Bowl Victory.

He was drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft by the New England Patriots.
His first season in the NFL was 2000, he only played in one game. The next season he threw 413 passes for 264 completions, 2,843 passing yards and 43 rushing yards.
