  • There was a merchant and he had three daughters he asked what they wanted. He is riding through the woods and goes to a castle and picks a rose for Beauty. The beast comes and tells the merchant that he will take his daughter in exchange for his life. The merchant asks Beauty to go to the castle.
  • Clamax
  • The conflict is between Beauty and the Beast. The Beast wants her to marry him and she doesn't want to. The conflict is a character vs. character. It is an external conflict.
  • Falling Action
  • The Beast is nice and asks Beauty to marry him and she says no. He gives he a special mirror, so she can see her family. He lets her eat and sleep. Beauty's father is ill and dying. She wants to go home and care for him. Then the Beast gives her an agreement and lets her go. Only if she promises to come back after a week.
  • Resolution
  • Beauty remembers and rides back to the castle and and sees the beast. He is dying. She hugs him and says that she will marry him.
  • The Beast turns into a prince. He says that some evil spell was cast on him, so he was turned into that horrible, ugly Beast. Then Beauty and the Beast are marrried.
  • Beauty and the Beast live happily ever after. The Beast let her father come and live with them. The Beast and Beauty got maried
