hey dad, why are flying planes so difficult? don't you just push buttons and go straight in the direction of where you want to go?
because the earth is spinning, the plane seems to curve, this, however, is not happening, what is happening is that the earth is turning causing the plane to go somewhere else than where they want to go
well, there's this thing called the Coriolis effect, here's how it works...
the earth spins slowly all the time if a plane is flying to....say Canada. The plane would not go straight
wait so what does it do then?
so in order to get where they want to go they need to point the plane somewhere else the effect works to get them there rather than away from where they wanna go
