Yeah... I just... have alot of stressful assingment and I haven't seen my friends in a while.
I guess i'll give Stress-no-more a shot.
There's plenty of apps you could try to relieve that stress.
Hey brother, you don't look good, are you ok?
There's Stress doctor, Stress-no-more and plenty of others.
I gave the main character Bruce these thoughts as they're personally relatable due to the COVID situation. I also gave Bruce bloodshot eyes as the result of his insomnia, a symptom from anxiety.
Wow! This is actually quite relaxing!
I choose schoolwork as the source of stress as studies show that 79% of Aussie students had experienced this form of anxiety within a year.https://headspace.org.au/blog/majority-of-aussie-students-stressed-depressed/
Finally! I never saw this coming, I thought i'd be trapped in that hole forever.
Me too, all those tasks we got, I felt so stressed... like I was falling down a bottomless pit.
Lucky you, I couldn't find any help. As a result I failed all my online classess and lost over 5kg. I hate to say it, but I almost gave up and harmed myself.
I introduced Bruce's brother, Ben as he is family (a requirement on the notification) and he introduces Bruce to Stress-no-more (made up app) that helps releive Bruces anxiety.
So did I, but my brother found an awesome app called Stress-no-more, you put in headphones and the stress floats away.
I'm so glad lockdown is over!
If I didn't find that app I would've lost more than just 5kg.
This scene shows Bruce trying out the app and enjoying it. I choose him to use a stress relief app beacuse only 26.5% of U.S adults say they won't use one. https://www.statista.com/statistics/699523/us-adults-that-use-apps-to-relieve-stress-by-gender/
I added this scene as it contrasts the scene directly above and shows improvement. It shows that with a healthy mind you can produce more good quality assignments and study.
I introduced Bryce, Bruce's bestfriend to show a direct comparison between those who beat anxiety, and those who don't. Bryce is one of the 35.4% of students who considered self harm or sucicide. https://headspace.org.au/blog/majority-of-aussie-students-stressed-depressed/
