Year 9 English
Sandy was scared. Where was this strange man taking her? How did he know her parents? What did he want with her? Just an hour before, she was learning about adjectives, adverbs nouns.
Sally loved her teacher, Miss Reinhold. She always loved going to English, and always left feeling like she wanted to know more.
Sandy felt like she needed some fresh air after school, so messaged her parents letting them know she was walking home. They didn't reply, which she found strange, but decided they must have been very busy.
On her way home, Sandy was approached by a strange looking man. He wore bright coloured clothes, and died his hair blue. He recited some information about Sandy that only she knew. He told her that her parents were in trouble and that she needed to get into his car.
What had she been thinking? Were her parents really in trouble? Sandy started to doubt her decision. But why hadn't they replied to her message? The car jolted. Sandy looked out of the window. They were flying!
The strange man landed his car on a space-ship like aircraft. When she got out of the car, he took her to a window. He pointed to a far away planet. That's where we are heading. That's where we will find your parents. Sandy felt a strange connection to the stranger, and she believed him.
