  • Hey do you know what the 6 nutrients essential to life are?
  • good places to get water is a water bottle, lettuce, or anything that quinches your thirst
  • The next one is carbohydrates it turns into sugar and gives you energy. Simple carbohydrates give you quick and short-lasting energy, while complex carbohydrates give you enough energy to make it through most of the day. you can get carbohydrates through pasta, bread, cereal, fruits, milk, yogurt and sweets
  • Protein is another, it provides energy, builds, maintains, and repairs muscles and body tissue. you can get protein from meats, fish, eggs. poultry, dairy products, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
  •  Oh yeah the first one is water, its functions are carrying waste away,  carrying nutrients to cells, regulates body temp, and to lubricate joints.
  • Fat provides substances for growth and skin, to enhance taste of other foods, carries "fat soluble" vitamins throughout the body, and to provide energy. you can recieve fat from butter, vegetable oil, salad dressing, nuts, seeds, and dairy products.  
  • Vitamins regulate chemical processes in the body, some of them are water soluble and the others are fat soluble. There are 13 vitamins needed for good health. You get vitamins from almost every kind of food.
  • the body depends on minerals for practically every single process necessary for life, the body requires 16 minerals each day that keep you healthy. You get minerals from all the nutrients that I just told you about.
