  • The fatal flaw leading to the dowhill of Antigone was that she loved her brother Polyneices and she believed that he needed to be buried. (Scene 2, Lines 57-72)

  • Antigone´s excessive pride is to the god and death of her brother, so that lead her to bury Polyneices. (Scene 2, Line 113)
  • Nemesis
  • The reversal of fortune was that Antigone got caught trying to bury Polyneices. (Scene 2, Line 15-20)
  • Catharsis
  • Antigone made a critical discovery when she realized that death to her is coming soon because of how she is believing the gods. (Scene 4, Line 58-70)
