Storyboard Text

  • The Parable of the Prodigal Son
  • Luke 15:11-32
  • By Karl Estampador
  • One day, there was a father with two sons. One is hard-working and loyal, and the other doesn't work and fools around all the time.
  • This is hard work! Wonder where the dumb one's at?
  • WHO NEEDS TO WORK WHEN YOU CAN HAVE FUN!
  • The younger son asked for his share of the property that belongs to him.
  • Sure, can I sleep now?
  • Dad, can I please have my share of the property now?
  • His father abided by his requests and gave him the money.
  • Dammit, now I can't sleep.
  • YAY! Also, you can't sleep. I'll yell for the next hour. YAY!
  • THE NEXT DAY...
  • YAY! I GOT MORE MONEY! WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT?!
  • He's probably going to run away from home to gamble in a faraway land.
  • I also didn't get any sleep last night, so I'm sleeping now.
  • Why did dad agree to this?
  • WRONG WAY!
  • Not knowing what to do with the money, the younger son decided to leave his home to go to a faraway land.
  • BYE!
  • I think he's going to America. Wait, that's in my imagination!
