humus is very rich and fertile.
Soil is made up of rocks, water air and humus
well when it rains the top layer of soil is called humus.
This will create an acid that will slowly drip into the soil. This will cause it to break down all rock and begin to make more fertile soil.
This is humus. Its basically just a bunch of leaves that are slowly breaking down to make humus.

Erosion is something that causes rocks to move and disinegrate.
this is caused by the action of water,wind,gravity,and ice.
the more animals that live in soil the the humus is going to be more fertile.
