Cesar Chavez started to united farm workers organization in order to provide them a better opportunity of working in the farm.
on the professional front
they started fund-raising and planning a strike in order to show the workers at the field that they deserved an opportunity too and that they shouldn't be left out just because they were Mexican or because they were lower class.
Huerta's Activism (NOW)
around 1955 Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta met each other and they started to plan a better oppotunity for all mexican people that were in the U.S
Dolores Huerta got married to Cesar's Brother and they had 4 children together that had successful careers, they all worked at the UFW at one point of their lives.
Huerta still continues her Activism now a days, and it has impacted many peoples lives, mostly women's lives because she fought for women's rights such as rights to vote.
we now remember Cesar Chavez as someone who had a great impact and that changed Mexicans people lives, the most great par is that his union and strikes, movements etc. were actually successful. We honor him and we will always remember him in our hearts
