  • In the great city of Vaughan there spread a very contagious disease known as influenza. One day there lived a man named Mr.K, who had decided to take a walk around town. As he continued his walk he had passed a sick person laying on the town bench who had coughed on him.
  • *Cough* *Cough*
  • Due to this serious disease, Mr.K was admitted into the hospital as soon as possible and had been coughing continuously. He laid in bed and waited for the only doctor in the city who was able to diagnose this disease with a special treatment.
  • OMG! You became a doctor?!
  • Hello sir! I'm Dr. Rajeesan and I'll help you
  • As you can see influenza has been around for a very long time and grows exponentially as it is represented by the function N(t)= 10e^(0.1)(t). Within 3 to 5 years this disease has had an average rate of change of approximately 1.5. However the instantaneous rate of change at a specific time period of 3 years is shown to be 1.35.
  • All Dr. Rajeesan had to do was administer a small infection to Mr.K's arm but being the immature man he is, he got side tracked.
