Genesis-Warning if the Flood/Preparation of the Flood Gn 6:5-22 by Claudio Martinez
God thought that the world was to corrupt. He said that he would wipe out all human beings because of this. Along with human God would also wipe out the animals an other crawling things that roamed the earth. God said that he regretted ever creating them. But then Noah talked with God. Noah was a righteous man and God told Noah to make an ark. God told Noah to take one of every living creature on the ark, one male and one female.
"The Lord regretted making human beings on earth, and his heart was grieved" (Gn 6:6).
"The length of the ark will be three hundred cubits.. I on my part, will am about to bring the flood water on earth" (Gn 6:15-17).
"Of all living creatures you shall bring two of every kind into the ark, one male and one female, to keep them alive along with you"(Gn 6:19).
A life lesson we can learn from this passage is that humans should be pure and free of sins.
