  • We need the people to know that they have basic rights. With a Bill of Rights.
  • Federalists talking about what they need. Among those things are a strong national government, a national bank and the ability to collect money.
  • GET TO WORK!!!
  • Our economy runs on slaves. We want them to count for population, but not for taxing.
  • Anti-Federalists share their views. Those include a Bill of Rights (ratified in 1791), and a state-led government.
  • Let's add the slaves for taxing.
  • Not for population, though.
  • They come to an agreement. There are state banks, but there is also a strong national government. There is a national bank as well.
