  • Jack is a young boy who lives in Mary field. After his mother passed away, he has been living with his dad. Jack has been hurt ever since, so he starts skipping school, stealing and disrespecting his father.
  • Climax
  • Jack was at the clothing store with his friends. His friends offered him the dare to steal candy. His friends thought it was funny, but it wasn't funny when they got caught and the police got involved. He was hoping the girl he liked didn't see him. 
  • Falling Action
  • As the kid was being escorted out of the store from the police, there was Meredith the girl he liked. He was ashamed of himself for being viewed like this. Once he saw Meredith, she smiled back at him while others gaped. He was pleasantly surprised. Jake was happy he finally got Meredith's attention.
  • 
  • Jake has been led out by the police, Meredith has paid off his fine. When he walks out of the police station, she was waiting for him outside. She was holding three big roses. She told him that he had 3 chances to prove her wrong, and each rose meant a chance. Jake finally had someone on his side, who might like him back. 
  • Jake has started being nice to people, he respected more of his father, completed his work in school, he began to show people how he really has changed because someone gave him a chance. Now Jake will demonstrate that he is not just an unpredictable person, but he can be also be helpful and loveable just like Meredith. Meredith was known in town for being there for others. 
  • Jake proved the Meredith that he could do it. As time passed, Meredith and Jake started to build a life together and they eventually knew, with how their actions played, that they both liked each other. Jake got his good reputation and Meredith got the boy she likes.
