  • I have an idea, what if we made a league of nations which will help prevent wars
  • We can't have another war its tearing apart the world

  • What are we going to do without Americas money?
  • Woodrow Wilson founded the league of nations in January 10th 1920 after the disastrous First world War.
  • The first 8 members of the league of nations. The permanent member ( at the front ) were Great Britain, France, Italy and Japan. The 4 non-permanent members ( at the back ) were Brazil, Belgium, Greece, and Spain. Most countries joined during March - December 1920.
  • In 1920 USA refused to join the league of nations after the conflict over Vilna between Poland and Lithuania. And the League of Nations were struggling without Americas banking.
  • End of League of nations
  • Greece and Turkey go to war because Greece wanted more land. (1919-1922). The league of nations did not help prevent this war as it lasted for 3 years and many were killed or severly injured.
  • Japan invaded the Chinese area of Manchuria. after the league asked Japan to stand down and stop, Japan refused and left the League of nations.
  • By April 20th, 1946 the league of nations ended as it was not helping prevent wars and many countries started to leave.
