A rock is any solid mass of a mineral or minerals that occur nautrally.
What are the types?
Igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic.
And what are the diffrences between them?
The changes are the way they form. Igneous rocks are formed by the cooling of magma, Sedimentary rocks are formed from the weathering and cementation process, and metamorphic rocks are formed by tempature and pressure changes in the earth.
Whats the rock cycle?
The rock cycle shows the process where the diffrent types of rock change into one another.
Both are just melted extrmely hot rock. Below the surface it is magma but if it touches the surface it becomes lava. When magma or lava is cooled it creates igneous rock.
What are both lava and magma, and what are the diffrences?
What powers the rock cycle?
And what is the difference between intrusive and extrusive rock?
Intrusive is formed below earths surface. Extrusive is on or near earths surface.
