  • Abusing the use of alcohol for pregnant women can lead to birth defects such as vision loss, hearing loss, and have delayed development. 
  • Drinking constantly can lead to excessive vomiting, which is your body trying to rid itself of the poison.  Stomach acid and harm your esophagus over time.
  • Too much drinking can also lead to a black out, where the one who is drunk forgets what happened during a certain time frame.  Constant drinking can also lead to memory loss or short term memory.
  • In one day, about 29 people die from drinking and driving.  That's 1 death every 50 minutes!
  • You can say NO! Be confident and assertive.  A simple "No thanks" should do.
