Majority- the greatest number legislature- a person who makes laws Law- set of rules and standards by which a society soverns itself.

Quorum- minimum number of members who must be present to permit a legislative body to take official action. PBL- laws passed by congress that appropriate money for local projects
Legislation- laws, considered collectively Senate- Any various legislative or soverning bodies is particular. Appeal- Make a serious or wanted requets, especially to the public.
