Hello, my name is Susan and I am a scientist. Today I will be teaching you about the different classifications of plants. Come on, lets go!
Let's start with the basics. When classifying plants there are only two main plant groups. These groups include vascular & nonvascular plants. Vascular plants have tubelike like tissues which transport water & nutrients throughout the plant. These plants grow very large and tall. Their body is divided into two parts: the root & shoot system. The root system consist of the roots & underground structures. The shoot system is made up of leaves, stems, & flowers.
