- Cliff from MMR&T is getting a call and makes sure that is is quiet so the customer can hear him on the phone.
- Hey Clyde! I'm getting a call! Can you turn off the machinery?
- Cliff answers the call and is very kind yet straight to the point and wastes no time.
- Cliff asks customer if they want someone there right away. Upon hearing they do, he sends out a guy immediately.
- Bob is on his way to help you! Thanks for calling MMR&T. Have a wonderful rest of your day!
- Cliff thanks the customer for calling and wishes him the best and then hangs up.
