My understanding of Hawthorne Experiment
This storyboard does not have a description.
Here there are three teachers working last hours, struggling to mark papers, grading etc. As you can see there aren't any lights
1920's teachers working last nights without lights, resulting in low productivity....
Later on, lights where implemented which gave a boost to the productivity rate of the staff.
In this setting of modern era, are technicians working 24/7 to make a living. This causes tiredness and stress to develop, which results in workers feeling less motivated for work which in turn causes productivity issues....
Haven learned that, changes where made such as working hours, so that workers won't have to be working 24/7 also rest brakes which lead to an increase in staff members showing up for work and a productivity increase.
In our society even though lights and changes are implemented to change working conditions, we will still have problems/issues, finding solutions for those problems is how we can grow and build a better society.
