Storyboard Text

  • Welcome  Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.
  • Go spy on Hamlet. He's been acting strange. Here is some gold.
  • Good news. The king of Norway has calmed down young Fortinbras.
  • More good news. I know why Hamlet has been acting crazy. He is mad in love for Ophelia. I'll prove it to you. Come spy on them with me.
  • Hello Hamlet, our childhood friend. What's new?
  • Yup. By the way there is a theatrical troupe coming to cheer you up.
  • Something is fishy. The king and queen send you didn't they?
  • The theatrical troupe arrives. On Hamlets request the lead actor gives a speech about the death of Priam during the fall of Troy.
  • That was brilliant. Tomorrow night you will perform 'The Murder of Gonzago.' I want you to incorporate some of my own lines into it.
  • I am a coward. The actor showed more feeling towards imaginary characters than I to the killing of my father. I must seek revenge. I will have Claudius watch the play in which the actors will reenact my fathers murder. If he is guilty, it'll show.
