John Q. Adams got elected president by cheating and corrupt bargining
1828- South Carolina Nullification
the tariff of abomination was a tax on imported goods that unfairly favored the north
1832- Worcester vs. Georgia
Jackson won the election using a spoils system in witch he gave people that helped him win the election jobs that they wouldn't normally get
the tariff that is unfair they thought they could just nullify it even the vice pres. said it was ok but jackson sent the army to em force the law
this was a court case that was in favor of the cherokee indians but even though they won jackson still sent them on their way to the trail of tears
