I will give you the advice on the proper attire to wear in an interview. No bright colours, low heels and minimal accessories. Also no perfume,it can be offensive. You have to dress to impress if you want the job.
You can't be late, to any meeting or interview. Always be on time and don't make excuses. When you introduce yourself its more formal to bow, but you can just do a handshake. If they give you a card take good care of it; do not put it in you pocket or wallet don't even write on it. Do your best to say something in Japanese, its the effort that counts. Also don't forget your manners (thank you, good afternoon, apologies)
And when you do get the job remember the group is more important than the individual, that is good teamwork. Also do not self-absorb, because modesty is a virtue in Japan.
