They Were married at a young age, and both were happy. They both adored animals and had many pets. Pluto, the black cat, adored the husband, and the pair were almost always together.
After a few years the husband developed a drinking problem. He began mistreating his wife and the animals.
One night he came home drunk, and Pluto, who was now older and grumpy seemed to be avoiding the husband. This enraged the man, and out of his drunken anger he grabbed the cat but his throat and cut its eye out. After that the cat started avoiding him from fear.
The husband hung the cat in the garden in guilt for what he had done to its eye. The next night whiie they were sleeping, there was a fire. The wife, husband and maid narrowly escaped the fire. There was a scorched shadow of a cat burnt onto the only wall left standing. Not long after, a cat that looked exactly like Pluto showed up at their new home. The only difference was this cat had a white mark on its neck resembling a noose.
The new cat began following the husband, getting in his way, clawing him, and more. This scared the husband, but he was scared to hurt the cat as he'd done with Pluto. Although after some time the cat began angering him. One day it followed him to the basement. He grabbed an axe and was about to kill the cat but was stopped by his wife. Out of anger he killed her instead. He built a tomb in the basement, making it look like part of the wall. He did not know at the time but he had also walled the cat in the tomb with his wife. After four days of her being missing, the police searched the house.
The husband was bragging about how well built his home was, and knocked on one of the walls to show how nice they were. When he did this, the cat began meowing. It was like screams instead of meows. The police figured out what was going on and tore down the wall, finding the already rotting body of the wife. On her head sat that terrible cat, with red eyes. The husband was then arrested.
"You're under arrest for the murder of your wife!"
