  • Mr. Jones, the proprietor and overseer of the manor farm, has just stumbled drunkley to bed after forgetting to secure his farm buildings properly. After the lights goes out, all the animal convene in the big barn to hear a speech by Old Major. Old Major want all the animal live without human that control them and he teaches the animals a song called "Beasts Of England"
  • CHAPTER 4
  • Three nights later, Old Major dies in his sleep and for three months the animals make secret preparations to carry out the old pig's dying wish of wresting control of the farm from Mr Jones. The work of organizing the farm falls to two clever pig which is Snowball and Napoleon together with a silver-tongued pig named Squealer. They formulate the principles of animalism to the animals. The animals called one another "comrade".
  • CHAPTER 5
  • The clever pigs think of ways for the animals to use the human tools and every animal participate in the work each according to his capacity. Every Sunday, the animals hold a flag raising ceremony. The flag's green background represents the fields of England and its white hoof and horn symbolize the animals.
  • CHAPTER 6
  • By late summer, news of animal farm has spread across half of the country. In October, a flight of pigeons alerts Animal Farm that Mr Jones has begun marching on the farm with some of pilkington's and Frederick's men. Snowball has studied the book of battle campaigns of Julius Ceasar to prepare a defense and leads the animals and ambush on the men. Boxer fights courageously, as does Snowball and the human suffer a quick defeat
  • During the cold winter months, the animals hold their meetings in the big barn, Snowball and Napoleon constant disagreements continue to dominate the proceedings. Snowball invited all the animals to improve the windmill but Napoleon disagree with the ideas and he gives a strange whimper and nine enormous dogs charges into the barn attack Snowball. Boxer adds greatly to Napoleon that he is always right.
  • For the rest of the years, the animals work backbreaking pace to farm enough food for themselves and to build a windmill. Napoleon announces that he has hired human solicator, Mr Whymper, to assist him in conducting trade on behalf of animal farm. Squealer affect all the animals to accept the idea of Napoleon or they become a traitor same goes to Snowball.
