  • 3 AM ALREADY?!....I NEED to sleep now but I can't stop thinking about the exam tomorrow...
  • Angie, a high school student, is having trouble sleeping due to her test anxiety
  • A push notification from meditation app detected that she is still active, and recommended a sleep meditation for her
  • Can't sleep? "Sweet dream" is here for you
  • 
  • GREAT!
  • NEXT TIME!
  • Angie follows the meditation instructor and starts from taking a few deep breaths
  • Breathe in thru the nose, out thru the mouth...
  • Just focus on the breaths... be here and now....
  • Her mind wanders inevitably, but she brought it back to her breaths as instructed
  • The breakfast tomorrow...oh no, I got distracted!
  • If your mind wanders, it is normal. Just notice it...and bring it back..
