  • Sleep is one of the most important things to live.  Without Sleep, you will start to show effects of sleep deprivation. 
  • Symptoms of sleep deprivation are yawning, moodiness, fatigue, irratibilty, depressed mood, difficulty learning, forgetful, hard to concentrate, lack of motivation, clumsiness, and hungry.
  • The longest you can live without sleep is 32 days.  It was tested on rats and after the 32 days, they were dead.
  • What can prevent sleep?  Some are medical illness, allergies, asthma, and other diseases, can all lead to insomnia, which is a disorder that makes it hard to fall asleep.  
  • A good amount of sleep is 7-9 hours.
  • Some ways to try and help with sleep.  Try to go to bed at night and try to not drink a lot of caffeine.
