Sleep is one of the most important things to live. Without Sleep, you will start to show effects of sleep deprivation.
Symptoms of sleep deprivation are yawning, moodiness, fatigue, irratibilty, depressed mood, difficulty learning, forgetful, hard to concentrate, lack of motivation, clumsiness, and hungry.
The longest you can live without sleep is 32 days. It was tested on rats and after the 32 days, they were dead.
What can prevent sleep? Some are medical illness, allergies, asthma, and other diseases, can all lead to insomnia, which is a disorder that makes it hard to fall asleep.
A good amount of sleep is 7-9 hours.
Some ways to try and help with sleep. Try to go to bed at night and try to not drink a lot of caffeine.
