Federalists wanted a strong national government to provide, order manage the country's money.
NO! NO! NO!
We need one strong national government to unite the states. it's the only way to be secure and pay debts!!!
That power belongs to the states. A strong central government will become a tyrant !
Anti-federalists feared a powerful central government. They believed the states should hold most power to protect the people's freedom.

Anti-Federalists demanded a Bill of Rights. They argued that without a specific list of protected freedoms, the government would abuse its power
This constitution lists government powers, but it doesn't list our rights! We must add a Bill of Rights to protect the people!
It is absolutely unnecessary! The constitution already limits the government. Listing rights might imply those are the only rights we have.
