Jasmine's car completely froze over one snowy day, making her late for work. She was a little annoyed at first, but realized that this could give her an idea for her business career. 
I don't really need Freeze-B-Gone now... it's springtime!

Jasmine introduces her brand new product: Freeze-B-Gone! It's a solution that you could spray on your car, and it would melt the ice right off. Jasmine's product attracts a lot of attention, especially since there was an expected snowstorm for this winter.

Thanks to the impending snowstorm and general cold winter, the convenience of Freeze-B-Gone sent the product skyrocketing in demand! Everyone wanted Freeze-B-Gone, so Jasmine's company manufactured more and more product.

But as the winter came to a close, the demand for Freeze-B-Gone had gradually begun to plummet! Jasmine didn't take into account that Freeze-B-Gone was a seasonal product. She knew she had to think fast, because now she had a surplus of product!
Jasmine knew she would have to significantly lower the price of Freeze-B-Gone in order to find the equilibrium. But how could she raise the demand back to its original state, when people really wanted Freeze-B-Gone?
