- I think that schools should give out home work because otherwise kids don't know the topic and aren't ready for the test.
- That may be true but that would only be true if teachers are not teaching fast enough or getting enough time to teach which is unfair for students.
- That statement is unfair to teachers because the reason they can't teach enough is because the students are goofing off which means they should be punished.
- When teachers give out homework they usually give out a lot of homework. Which can put students under stress which studies have shown provides lower grades.
- Kids need to get used to being under stress. In life you will get stressed often and who said tests aren't already stressful.
- That is a good point but if kids need to get stressed why wouldn't they wait till later in life. you don't want to get to stressed to the point where you can't focus on anything.
- Another reason homework should be a thing is because if it is stopped and a kid fails a test he might get mad at his teacher. The student might say the teacher didn't teach well enough. This is because he couldn't send home study guides or any practice.
- That is a good point but kids would say that even if they did have homework. Keeping homework will not change that fact. There would be no point in not changing because of that.
- Kids should not have homework because They might have other activities. school takes up 7 and a half hours a day. some kids have practice each day. if they play two sports that could be around 4 hours. if there is another hour to eat dinner and you get the recommended 10 hours of sleep then you have homework.
- That is a good point but most kids don't have that. You can not expect every one to be like that.
- Home work is just a part of school. if they don't have enough time for school they need to stop school or stop some other activities.
- You may not expect people to be like that but it doesn't mean they won't be. If homework countinues it is unfair to these people.
