The Kingdom of Ngondo was seized by the Portuguese andthe Imbangala. Imbangala are Angolan warriors from the Kasanje Kingdom.

The trip to the port took a while. Where I live is 150 miles form the coast. A fifth of my people didn't make it.
Out of 300 slaves that made it to the boat around 150 died on the boat. Some reasons include malnourishment, disease, and dehyrdration.
